Being a gated community gives a sense of security. The internal roads and footpaths are already laid out, which is good. I visited the site and it felt calm. It is close to Dr. V. Gengusamy Naidu Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is convenient. My only slight concern is that the area is still developing, so the immediate surroundings might be a bit dusty during construction phases. However, Thiru V Sivakumar seems to be putting in good infrastructure like sewage treatment plants and proper electrification.
