Being a single woman, security is my top priority and the presence of 24x7 security staff and a secure gated setup by SUN AAKAR RESIDENCY DENCY ENCY NCY CY Y gave me peace of mind. The project is situated in Gita Nagar which is a decent area. While the 365.33 square feet carpet area is quite compact for a 2 BHK, it is manageable for me since I do not have much furniture. I do worry a bit about the dust levels given that it is currently under construction, but that is expected. The proximity to the Vapi Bus Stop makes my morning commute to work much smoother. Everything seems organized, and I am satisfied with the initial support from the developer team.
