The 4 BHK apartment is 5000 square feet, which is very spacious for my family. The location is excellent, very close to the Goa Medical College and Hospital and also the Convent of St. Monica School. This makes daily life very convenient. The price of 7.78 Crore is a bit high for my government salary, but my husband's savings helped. Sumit Woods developed this project. The main road access is good, directly off the Panjim-Belgaum Road. We are happy with the space.
