DAV Girls Senior Secondary School is nearby, and Teynampet Metro Station is also very close at nearby, making our daily routines much smoother. The 3 BHK flat is spacious at 1800 sq.ft, giving our children enough room to play and study. It was ready to move, which was a huge relief. The price starting from 36 Lakh was manageable for us. The developer, Sumanth & CO, has delivered a project that is well-located. However, the traffic on nearby roads like Mount Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, making commutes longer than expected sometimes.
