We bought the 1677 square feet 3 BHK flat. The location near Poes Garden is quite good, though the traffic can be a bit much during peak houWe liked that they have a gymnasium and 24x7 security. The power backup is also a big plus, especially during the Chennai monsoons. My kids are happy with the space and I feel safe knowing the school is so close. The price was a bit high at around 2.01 Crore, but the convenience for the children makes it worth it.
