The price was around 70.74 Lakh. The project has been ready to move since June 2012. While the location is good, the traffic on T Nagar roads during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes a bit stressful sometimes. The amenities like the gym and landscaping are well-maintained by Sumanth & CO.
