St. Michael's Academy and Kauvery Hospital are a short distance, which is incredibly convenient. I opted for the 2.5 BHK, which is 1316 square feet. It’s a good size for me, not too big to manage. The apartment is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The price was 1.51 Crore. While the building has basic amenities like a gym and 24x7 security, I found the car parking to be a bit congested. It can be tricky to maneuver larger vehicles. However, the 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is crucial.

We visited the site last week and the construction looks pretty solid. It is ready to move in which was a big factor for us. The location in Adyar, Sasthri Nagar is quite convenient, very close to St. Michael's Academy and Kauvery Hospital, both just a 3-minute drive away. The price was around 1.51 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget but manageable. The developer, Sumanth & CO, seems to have a decent track record. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are good amenities to have here. I am a little concerned about the traffic in Adyar during peak houthough.

The proximity to Adyar Bus Depot, a mere a short distance, is excellent for them to travel around the city. The price for this larger unit was about 1.92 Crore. The amenities provided, like a gymnasium and car parking, are good additions.
