I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which is 1615 square feet; it's more space than I strictly need now but offeflexibility for the future. The gymnasium is a great amenity for staying fit. A minor concern is the traffic noise that sometimes filtein from the nearby main roads, even though the project itself is slightly off the busiest routes. The developer, Sumanth & CO, delivered this project in 2012, so it's an established property.
