The 2275 square feet 3.5 BHK unit is more than enough space for them. It's ready to move, which is great so they can settle in immediately. The price is 3.19 Crore onwards, which is substantial but Besant Nagar commands that. I specifically looked for amenities like 24x7 security and a lift, which are available. Power backup is also essential for Chennai's weather. My parents are happy with the greenery and landscaping. The construction dates back to 2012, so it's an older building, but seems well-maintained.

While the OC status is not available, the building appeasolid. The starting price today is 3.19 Crore, which reflects the prime location. Amenities like landscaping and 24x7 security add to its appeal for tenants. The proximity to schools is a definite plus for attracting families.
