However, I found the parking space a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles, which is a minor inconvenience. The overall ambiance and landscaping are pleasant, though.

The size is adequate, around 2000 square feet, which gives enough room for the kids. The price was in our budget, around 4 Crore. We liked that it’s a ready-to-move-in project, so we didn't have to wait. The closed car parking is also a big plus for us. The only concern is the dust from nearby construction, but that is temporary. Overall, it’s a good residential area.

We liked the location in Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, it feels quite central. Getting to work in the IT corridor takes about 40 minutes, which is acceptable. The gym is a nice addition for staying active. We paid 3.41 Crore for our flat. The main issue we’ve faced is the traffic congestion on Fourth Main Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. Power backup is good though, we haven’t experienced any issues with that.
