    We were looking for a spacious home in a good locality for our kids and Sumanth Sreshta Anugraha seemed like a good fit. The 2.5 BHK flat is 1382 square feet, which gives us enough room. Bhavan's Rajaji Vidyashram is only about 1.2 kilometeaway, making school runs much easier. The developer, Sumanth & CO, has also included a gymnasium which is nice for staying active. We were a little concerned about the traffic on Manickeswari Road during peak hou, but it's manageable. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex adds a pleasant touch. The location in Kilpauk is very convenient overall for families. We are happy with the space we got for our children.
