The 3 BHK flats here are quite large, starting from 1998 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. We liked that it is a gated community with a children's play area, so the kids have a safe place to play. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is also reassuring, though we hope not to need it. The price point is quite high, but for Mylapore, it seems to be the going rate for such a large property. We are still considering the traffic in the area during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
