I was looking for a ready to move 2 BHK in Chennai and came across Sumangali Sallows. The location in CBI Colony, Medavakkam is quite convenient for me. It’s close to the main road and the Medavakkam Bus Depot is just a little over 1 kilometer away, which is good for my commute. The unit I am looking at is 896 square feet, which is a good size for a single peon or a couple. The price is around 42 Lakhs, which felt a bit high for the area considering it’s not a super premium project. However, the availability of service lifts and rain water harvesting are practical features. The video door security is also a nice modern addition.

My main concern is the traffic congestion in Medavakkam, especially during peak houIt can take a significant amount of time to get anywhere. However, the proximity to Velammal school and Kauvery hospital is a definite plus. The developer, Sumangali Residences, seems to have delivered on time with their previous projects, which adds some confidence.

I am purchasing a 2 BHK flat at Sumangali Sallows for my parents who live in Chennai. The location in Medavakkam is close to where they currently stay, and importantly, it’s very near Kauvery Hospital and Velammal school. The unit size of around 900 square feet is manageable for them. The price range of 42-52 Lakhs is reasonable for the Chennai market. Sumangali Residences is the developer, and I’ve heard they are reliable. Having 24x7 security and lifts is essential for my parents' comfort and safety. I am a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, but hopefully, that will settle down soon.

We bought a larger 1114 square feet 2 BHK at Sumangali Sallows for our family. The space is good and the layout works well for us. Being a business owner, time is valuable, and having Velammal school and Kauvery Hospital practically at our dootep is a major advantage. The price was in the upper range, around 52 Lakhs for the bigger unit, but we felt the location and ready-to-move-in status justified it. The paved compound and rain water harvesting are practical features that appealed to us. Sumangali Residences has provided decent construction. We are still waiting for clarity on the OC receipt.

We finally decided to upgrade from our rented place in Medavakkam. Sumangali Sallows seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK flats are about 950 square feet which feels spacious enough for our growing family. Having Velammal school right next door is a huge relief, no more long commutes for the kids. Kauvery Hospital is also very close which gives us peace of mind. The price for our unit was around 45 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The paved compound and 24x7 security are nice touches. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable once we move in. The builder, Sumangali Residences, has a decent reputation in the area.
