I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Sumangali Daanvi. The size is around 1482 square feet, which provides ample living space. It's in Medavakkam, Gayathri Nagar, a location I'm familiar with. The developer, Sumangali Residences, has handed over the project, and it was ready to move by March 2023. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and car parking are essential and are provided. My main concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road; it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to Kauvery Hospital is a definite advantage. The price point was within my budget expectations for a home of this size.

The project is ready to move, and I could settle in quickly. The price was around 75 Lakh, which felt manageable for me. While the overall build quality seems good, we did notice some dust around the site from ongoing construction nearby, which is common in developing areas. We are looking forward to settling in permanently.
