The multipurpose room is a good addition for community activities. The location is decent, with the hospital nearby. However, the built-up area, while adequate, feels a little smaller than expected for the price. Also, the access road to the project can be dusty during dry spells, which is a minor annoyance. Sumangali Homes Private Limited seems to have maintained the property reasonably well.
