I was looking for a smaller, manageable space and found the 1 RK configurations at Suman Indu Galaxy appealing. With a carpet area of 218 sq.ft, it’s perfect for me. The location in Makhmalabad is okay, but I wish it had slightly better road connectivity directly. It’s close to NH-220, which is fine for occasional travel. The project is under construction, aiming for a December 2022 completion by Suman Leela Associate. The proximity to Bhaktidham Bus Stop, a short distance, is a definite plus for my daily commute. I feel it’s a reasonable choice for someone like me.

We are considering a 2 BHK apartment in Suman Indu Galaxy, with carpet areas ranging from 657 to 687 sq.ft. The size seems adequate for our family. The location in Makhmalabad is developing, and we like that it’s not too far from essential services. The hospital is also reachable within nearby. While the project by Suman Leela Associate is still under construction, the progress looks steady. Our main concern is the potential traffic congestion on Makhmalabad Road once more people move in.

Construction is still underway, expected completion is December 2022. The developer, Suman Leela Associate, seems to be on track. The nearest bus stop, Bhaktidham, is just a 3-minute walk away, which is convenient for getting around Nashik. The project is under construction, with an expected completion date of December 2022. I am hoping the quality holds up.
