It's a ready-to-move project with 2 and 3 BHK configurations available. My parents liked the spacious layouts, with 3 BHKs ranging from 1506 Sq.ft to 1735 Sq.ft. The project has good amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential for elderly residents. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospitals & BirthRight, nearby, is also reassuring. The price range of 50.51 L to 77.21 L is within the budget we allocated for this purchase.

We were looking for a family home and Sumadhura Vasantham in Hoodi fit our needs. The location is convenient, with Gopalan National School nearby. We chose a 1135 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. The built-up areas are decent. The project offea swimming pool, gymnasium, and a kids play area which is great. The price point, starting at 50.51 Lakh, was attractive. However, navigating the traffic on the Outer Ring Road during peak houcan be challenging. Despite this, the overall infrastructure and amenities provided by Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd make it a good choice for families. The 24x7 security is also a big plus.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in a peaceful locality. Sumadhura Vasantham in Hoodi caught my eye. The 1506 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment provides ample space. It's a Vastu compliant property, which was important to me. The project offenumerous amenities including a club house, swimming pool, and a gymnasium. Being close to Seetharam Palya Metro Station, nearby, is very convenient for travel. The developer, Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd, has a decent track record. The only minor drawback is that the OC received date is not available, which is a bit concerning, but since it was completed yeaago, I assume it's okay.

The prices range from 50.51 Lakh to 77.21 Lakh, which is quite competitive for the area. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, the built-up area is around 1135 Sq.ft. The location in Hoodi, close to the Outer Ring Road and Whitefield Main Road, offegood connectivity. While the project was completed in December 2012, it's good that it's ready to move in. I'm hoping for good rental returns in the coming yeaThe amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a nice addition.

It's a ready-to-move property, which is convenient. Amenities like a club house, gymnasium, and swimming pool are available. The location is close to the Seetharam Palya Metro Station (0.3 KM). One thing that concerned me was the parking situation; the closed car parking seems a bit tight for larger vehicles. However, the overall built quality and the amenities offered by Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd are quite good. The project was completed in December 2012.

I booked a 1220 Sq.ft 2 BHK in this Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd project. The location in Doddanakundi Industrial Area 2 provides proximity to major roads like the Outer Ring Road. The project includes a cricket pitch and volleyball court, which are unique amenities. However, I did notice some dust from the nearby industrial area, which might be a concern for families with young children. The construction quality looks good though.
