    I recently visited Sumadhura Palais Royale in Puppalaguda, Hyderabad. The project by Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd offespacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. I looked at a 3 BHK which was about 3800 sq.ft built up. The location is decent, with Rai Durg being nearby and Raidurg Metro Station also accessible within nearby. The price point, starting from 5.49 Crore, is quite substantial for a government employee's budget, making it a stretch. While the amenities like the amphitheater and cricket pitch are nice, the lack of readily available OC is a concern for immediate plans. The overall construction quality appeasolid, but the long wait until April 2030 for completion is something to consider.
