The location in Indira Nagar is decent, although getting onto the Mumbai Nashik Expressway during rush hour can be quite slow. We bought a 1350 sq.ft two bedroom unit, which gives us plenty of space to work from home. Sukrut Developehave included landscaping and tree planting, making the complex look pleasant. The price point, around 65.61 Lakh for the larger flat, was a bit high but acceptable given the size. We liked the closed car parking facility.
