    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Sukhwani Panaroma Phase II. I bought a 1 BHK, which has a carpet area of 451 Sq.ft. The location in Sus, Pune, is promising with the highway connectivity. I’m also happy that Orchids The International School is nearby, which might be useful in the future. The price for my unit was around 57 Lakhs. The construction quality looks solid, and the fire fighting system is a good safety feature. I'm still learning about the whole process, but Sukhwani Constructions has been responsive to my queries so far.

The community building and multipurpose hall are nice features for family gatherings. The location in Sus is developing well, and it's good that it’s close to the Pune Bypass. One minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The price for our flat was around 98 Lakhs, which was stretching our budget, but it’s a worthwhile upgrade from our rental place. We are looking forward to moving in.
