The developer, Tmt SA Menahadevi, has a decent reputation. It's ready to move in, which means we don't have to wait long to start building our dream home. The plot area is good. The main thing for us is the proximity to work, and Sooriyur is connected reasonably well. One minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to the city. But overall, it feels like a good investment for our future.

It is a residential plot, and the best part is it's ready to move. I liked the idea of choosing my own design for the house. The location is okay, close to Siddhar Vanam Siddha Hospital, which is convenient. However, I found the internal roads to be a little narrow, which makes parking a car near the plot entrance slightly difficult when construction starts. It’s a quiet area though, which is what I was looking for.
