My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rental apartment. We chose a 3 BHK at Sudahan Pride, which is 2250 sq.ft. The price was about 1.95 Crore. We love the club house and the gymnasium facilities, perfect for staying active. Having a children's play area was also a big draw for future plans. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief. The location is good, close to Thaltej Metro Station at nearby. The only minor issue is that parking can get a little crowded sometimes, especially during evenings when residents return.
