The 3 BHK flat is spacious, measuring 1350 sq.ft built-up, providing enough room for the kids to play inside. We also appreciated that the project is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after shifting. Subodh Group has been around for a while, which gave us some confidence. The building has a lift and power backup, which are necessary facilities. Our only real worry is the parking situation. Apart from that, the area is quite peaceful, and it’s been a comfortable transition for the family.
