It's really close to Gillco International School, only a 5-minute drive, and Radiance Hospital is even closer at 3 minutes. This makes daily commutes for school and emergencies much easier. We purchased a 150 Sq.yd. Plot, which gives us enough space for future construction. The pricing for these plots, ranging from 37.9 Lakh to 56.85 Lakh, felt reasonable for the location and proximity to essential services. The area is developing nicely, and we believe it's a good place for our children to grow up.

While the location is good and the connectivity is superb, I noticed that the overall development around the immediate vicinity is still ongoing, which means there is some construction dust at times. However, the potential for appreciation in this developing area is promising for my investment.
