The biggest draw for us was the proximity to Gowtham Model School, which is nearby, and Medicover Hospitals is also at the same distance. This is perfect for our children's needs. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper built this project. We have noticed that during monsoon season, there is some waterlogging on the internal roads within the complex. It’s not a major issue, but something to be aware of. The overall feel of the neighborhood is good, and the connectivity to NH 65 is a bonus.
