I recently visited Subhagruha Sukrithi Anantha to look for a plot for a long term investment. The location near Bandar Road is quite strategic for anyone working in the city. Subhagruha Projects India Pvt Ltd has maintained the site well and the landscaping and tree planting work makes it look quite green. I saw options ranging from 1503 Sq.ft up to 3600 Sq.ft which is good for different budget levels. Prices start from around 23.37 Lakh and go up to 55.98 Lakh. My only concern is that the road connectivity leading to the main highway can get a bit dusty during peak houOtherwise, it is a very calm area to build a house in the near future.

My wife and I have been living in rentals for yeaso we finally decided to buy a plot at Subhagruha Sukrithi Anantha. We opted for the 1503 Sq.ft size which fits our budget of 23.37 Lakh perfectly. The project by Subhagruha Projects India Pvt Ltd has a nice gymnasium and indoor games facility which is quite rare for plot projects in this part of Krishna. It is nice to be located near Pedaogirala as the area is developing fast. We do worry a little about the distance to the city center during heavy rains but the overall layout is quite spacious and well planned for independent houses.
