The 1 BHK flat is 338 Sq.ft carpet area, which feels spacious enough for starting out. The location in Ashwamegh Nagar, Nashik is promising. I liked that the electrical meter room is a separate facility. The developer, Subhadra Estates, seems to have completed the project quite some time ago, in December 2018. My main concern is the dust from the highway nearby, Sh-20, which can sometimes be noticeable. However, given it's my fit flat, I am happy with the overall purchase and the buying process was smooth.
