I finally found a place in Greater Noida that felt right. Subh Laxmi Apartments in Noida Extension, Sector 1, is a good option. I picked up a 2 BHK, which is 1050 square feet, and it's plenty of space for just me. The location is quite convenient; it's only close to the Delhi World Public School and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, which is great. The price was within my budget, around 39 Lakhs. I like that the plot is East-facing and it’s ready to move in. The only thing is the road leading to the main highway is a bit narrow, which can be annoying during peak traffic houBut overall, it’s a solid choice.
