We chose Subarban Fair Residency because it felt like a good place for the kids. The children's play area is quite nice, and there's a swimming pool which they are very excited about. We got a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 1084 Sq.ft, which gives us enough space. It is a gated community, so I feel safer letting the children play outside. The location in Madhyamgram is decent, close enough to Jessore Road. My only worry is that the construction is from 2015, so I hope the maintenance has been good over the yeaThe price was within our budget at around 35 Lakhs. The garden areas are well-kept.
