    Stone Ocean Breeze in Padur was a good find for a ready-to-move property. I bought a 4 BHK which is quite large at 2083 square feet. The price point was around 1.59 Crore, which is substantial but justifiable for the size and amenities. The golf coue is a unique feature, although I haven't used it much yet. The construction quality from Stone Bridge Promoteseems solid, and the landscaping is well-maintained. The only drawback I've encountered is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas like Sankarapuram. But since it is ready to move, I am not worried about construction delays.

    We finally bought a 3 BHK at Stone Ocean Breeze after renting for yeaThe 1404 square feet size is a big upgrade for our family. We were impressed by the children's play area and the swimming pool. It's also nice that the project is Vastu compliant. Stone Bridge Promotedelivered this project back in 2012, so it's a well-established community. The location is decent, close to Gateway International School, which is important for us. One issue we've noticed is the water pressure can sometimes be low on higher floo, especially during summer evenings. However, the overall atmosphere and the sense of community are very positive.

The biggest advantage is the proximity to SUPREME SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is only 2.33 kilometeaway. My only minor concern is the car parking can feel a bit cramped during weekends when many residents have guests. But the security is very good, which gives me peace of mind.
