The 3 BHK villas offer a good 1280 square feet of built-up area, which is a significant improvement for us. The price was around 69 Lakhs, which is quite a jump from rent but justifiable for owning our own space. Stepsstone Promotedelivered this project, and it’s ready to move in, which was a big factor. The location is convenient with the ORCHIDS school nearby at nearby. Power backup is a great addition. We did feel the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes slightly longer than anticipated. Despite that, the villa itself is well-designed and offea comfortable living space.
