    This is my fit flat purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose a 3 BHK at Steps Stone Madhav. The sizes range from 880 sq.ft to 1183 sq.ft, and the one I looked at was around 1000 sq.ft. It’s ready to move, which meant we didn't have to wait long. They have good amenities like a gymnasium and power backup, which are important for a new home. The only slight issue is that the parking area seemed a bit cramped. Overall, it feels like a good start for us. The location in Nanmangalam is quiet.
