We purchased it for around 95 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after the purchase. We really liked the 24x7 water supply and the water softener plant, as hard water is a problem in this area. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great additions for our fitness routine. My wife also appreciated the concierge service. The developer, Stellar Group, has a good track record. The location is decent, with SKS World School nearby, which is convenient for our children.
