The total price was in the range of 50 Lakh. This project by Stellar Group is ready to move, having been completed in 2013. I appreciated the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping within the complex. The availability of a multipurpose room and a library is also a good addition. However, I found the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially considering the Depot Station Metro Station is nearby. Despite this, the overall infrastructure and the availability of essential services like a pharmacy and medical facilities within the project are positive points.
