    My partner and I were looking for a modern apartment in Ahmedabad and Status Ananta caught our eye. The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, starting from 1809 square feet. We really liked the peonal foyer feature and the gymnasium. It's great that the project is ready to move in. The location in Chandkheda is developing well, and it's only close to the Motera Stadium Metro Station, which is useful for commuting. The price range of 65 Lakh to 68 Lakh was a bit high for us initially, but we managed with a home loan. The boom barrieand 24x7 CCTV surveillance give us a good sense of security.

    We chose Status Ananta because it's ready to move and the price was within our budget, around 66 Lakh. The location in Chandkheda is quite convenient, especially being so close to Puna International School, which is important for our kids. The 3 BHK apartment size is decent, around 1850 square feet built up. There's a peonal foyer for each flat which feels nice. My only small worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get a bit much sometimes. Other than that, the gymnasium and yoga area are good facilities to have.

    We were renting in the area and decided to finally buy. Status Ananta offered a 3 BHK apartment within our budget, around 67 Lakh. The size is comfortable, about 1880 square feet built up. Being close to Apollo Hospital is a definite plus for emergencies. The project has essential amenities like lifts and partial power backup, which is good. We saw the yoga and meditation area too, which is a nice touch. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and can be congested during certain times of the day, which is a bit of a concern for us. Overall, it's a decent option for families.

    Getting a place near the school was the top priority, and Status Ananta is literally next to Puna International School. That was a huge relief. We looked at the 1900 square feet 3 BHK configuration, and it seems spacious enough for our growing family. The price is between 65 Lakh to 68 Lakh, which felt reasonable for Ahmedabad. The construction quality looks solid. We also liked the children's play area and the general landscaping. The only downside I've noticed is that Nigam Nagar can get dusty sometimes, especially with ongoing development nearby. We are hoping the maintenance team keeps things clean.
