The 2 BHK apartment I viewed had a built-up area of 1250 sq.ft, which is decent for my needs. The price range fits my budget, around 27.5 Lakhs. Having a children's play area is good, though I don't have kids yet. The location near R. K Petrol Pump is convenient. My only small issue is that the construction dust from ongoing work nearby can be a bit much sometimes. Power backup is also a good feature.
