It is located in Panchayatiraj TeacheColony, which is a nice area. Being ready to move meant we could plan our move without delays. The developer is Stanza DevelopeThe building has lifts which are essential for us. The price was at the upper end of our budget, but the quality of construction seems good. We are looking forward to settling in properly. The nearby Venkataramana Colony Road is also useful.
