The developer, SSVS Develope, seems to have good plans for amenities like landscaping and tree planting. We saw the internal roads and footpaths are already laid out. The idea of having a swimming pool and an olympic size swimming pool later is exciting. Water supply is available 24/7, which is a must. We are a bit nervous about the whole process but the sales team was helpful.
