    We chose SSVR Iris in Bangalore East because of its proximity to New Horizon Gurukul, which is nearby. This made the school run much easier for our children. We got a 2 BHK apartment, measuring around 1145 Sq.ft. The children's play area is a big hit with them, and they love spending time there. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The only issue is that the traffic on the main roads nearby, like Marathahalli which is nearby, can get quite bad during peak houOther than that, the paved compound and landscaping make it a nice place to live. SSVR Buildehave provided adequate parking too.
