The villa has a built-up area of 1126 sq.ft, which is sufficient for our family of three. Having a children's play area is a great amenity for the kids. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, and the solid waste management system is well-organized. The price point of 62 Lakhs was within our budget for a ready-to-move villa. We are happy with the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the community look very green. The internal roads are smooth.

I like that they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The location is decent, being a short distance Guduvancheri Railway Station Bus Stop is very handy for my travel. My main concern is the approach road; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather, which is a minor annoyance. Otherwise, the 24x7 water supply is reliable, and the price of 62 Lakhs is what I had budgeted. The solar energy provision is a nice touch.
