We just moved into SST Manikanchan a couple of months ago. The location in Behala, Arcadia is surprisingly convenient for us, being so close to the M P Birla Foundation School where our niece studies. Having the BM Birla Heart Hospital nearby also gives us peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential, and thankfully they seem to work well. Parking is available, which is a big relief. It feels like a secure place with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The building itself is ready to move, which was a priority for us. Overall, it’s a decent setup for a young couple.

M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School is literally nearby, making the morning drop-off so much easier for the kids.
