    We decided on a 2 BHK in SSR Sai Regency for our retirement home. The 411 to 457 square feet carpet area gives us enough space. It’s very convenient being right next to Alphonsa English High School and IMMICARE MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, literally zero distance. Kamgar Chowk Bus Stop is also just a 6-minute walk, which is great for my wife who still likes to go into the city sometimes. The construction was finished in March 2020. The area is developing nicely. We found the pricing reasonable for the location and the ready-to-move-in status. No major complaints so far.

I work long hou, so having IMMICARE MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL and Alphonsa English High School just steps away is a huge relief. I got a 1 BHK with 388 square feet of carpet area. It’s a good size for me, and the apartment feels bright. The location in Waluj is developing, and it's close to the highway which makes my commute manageable. The project is ready to move, which was important as I didn't want to wait. The only downside is that the parking space allocated wasn't very large, making maneuvering a bit tight sometimes. But for my needs, it's quite convenient.

While the connectivity and location are excellent, the immediate approach road is a bit narrow and can be dusty. It’s something to consider if you are very particular about surroundings. However, the overall value proposition is strong.
