We were looking for a larger space for our family and found SSR Kabini. We bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1535 square feet built-up, costing around 39 Lakhs. It’s spacious enough for my wife, two kids, and me. The location is quite good, with VSS International Public School just about 3.1 kilometeaway, and Gleneagles BGS Hospital is also within a 5.4-kilometer radius, which provides peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice green feel to the complex. The party hall is a bonus for family functions. The building is ready to move, which was a huge plus for us as we needed to shift quickly. The 24/7 security is also very reassuring.

We got a flat with a built-up area of 1400 square feet for about 37 Lakhs. The project was completed back in 2012, and it feels quite established now. We really like the indoor games area and the gymnasium. It’s good to have these facilities within the complex. The connectivity to Mysore Road is a major advantage for our daily commutes. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the lack of an Occupancy Certificate (OC), but the developer assures us it's a procedural delay. The intercom facility is working well.

I picked a 1 BHK flat, the built-up area is 565 square feet, which is enough for me. The price was also quite reasonable, just over 14 Lakhs. Security is 24/7, which is important for me as I live alone. The construction looks solid, and it was ready to move in when I bought it a couple of yeaago. The only slight issue is the traffic on Mysore Road during peak hou, but that’s expected in Bengaluru.

The amenities like the gymnasium and multipurpose room are great for my parents. Since it's ready to move, they could shift in immediately after I finalized the deal. The SSR Group has been responsive to queries, which is important when you're not physically present. My only worry is the parking situation; it looks a bit tight, and my parents aren't used to that.
