The price point of 36 Lakh was acceptable given the need for immediate occupancy. Sri Saimithra Promotehas provided good basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and security, which are essential. The location in Padappai is relatively peaceful, though the nearby distance to the airport metro is quite significant for commuting. While the gated community aspect is reassuring, the lack of OC received information is a bit concerning for a new resident. The surrounding area is still developing.
