The developer, SSK Builde, has provided good recreational facilities, including a tennis court and health facilities. The 2 BHK flats offer a substantial built-up area of 930 sq.ft to 980 sq.ft. The budget of 48.47 Lakh to 51.08 Lakh is reasonable for a ready-to-move property in this area. My main concern is the distance to the Banashankari Metro Station, which is about 2.5 kilomete, making daily commute a bit challenging without peonal transport. The landscaping and tree planting do add a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the project.

We needed a bigger home and decided on SSK Paradise. Our current rental is smaller, so the 930 sq.ft to 980 sq.ft built-up area for the 2 BHK flats is a significant upgrade. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium. The location in Banashankari is convenient, with Little Angels English School nearby, which is great for our daughter. The price is within our budget, around 50 Lakh. However, the traffic during peak houon the main road can be a bit much, and getting to Banashankari Metro Station takes about 20 minutes. The community hall and indoor games are good facilities for family time.

The 24x7 security and the presence of maintenance staff are very reassuring. The location near Chennammanakere in Banashankari is quite accessible, and having NU Hospitals nearby is a plus. The built-up area of 950 sq.ft is perfect for me. While the project offemany amenities like a gymnasium and community hall, I found the price slightly on the higher side, touching 50 Lakh. Also, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can be a bit botheome sometimes. Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place.

The built-up area is around 950 sq.ft, which is a good size for renting out. The price range of 48.47 Lakh to 51.08 Lakh seems competitive for this part of South Bangalore. I'm hoping for good rental yields given the proximity to schools and hospitals like NU Hospitals. While it's ready to move, I’m waiting to see if the OC has been received, which is important for long-term value. Finally moved into our new 2 BHK at SSK Paradise in Banashankari! We loved the spacious feel of the property, and the 3 open sides mentioned by SSK Buildeis a great feature for ventilation. The olympic size swimming pool is a major attraction, and we've already started using the gymnasium. The location is pretty good, close to where we work. Our only minor issue is that the parking can get a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is back. The price was slightly higher than we initially planned, at about 51 Lakh, but the amenities made it worth it. We are happy with the 24x7 security too.
