I looked at the 2 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1195 Sq.ft. The price range of 41.83 Lakh to 60.06 Lakh was also within my budget. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are a plus. It's ready to move which is great. My only slight concern is that the parking area looks a bit congested, especially during peak houOverall, it’s a decent option for a single professional wanting good connectivity.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose SSBC The Elegance in Pratap Nagar, Sector 11. I bought a 2 BHK unit, which is about 1200 Sq.ft. The price of 41.83 Lakh was manageable for my fit investment. The location is good, close to Narayana Hospital and the bus stop. I really liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a jogging track within the complex. The fact that it's ready to move in made the process much smoother for me as a fit-time buyer. The SSBC Group seems reliable. One thing I'm a bit concerned about is the completion status and OC received not being available yet, but hopefully, that will be sorted soon. It feels like a solid start.

We are considering a 3 BHK, around 1500 Sq.ft, as we need more space. The price range of 41.83 Lakh to 60.06 Lakh is pushing our budget a bit, but the quality looks good. The location is excellent, with Rawat Public School nearby, which is a huge benefit for us. We also liked the idea of a gazebo and garbage disposal system. It being ready to move is perfect. The only thing is the car parking seems a bit tight; we have two caand worried about space.
