The SSBC Group is handling the construction. Key amenities like Landscaping & Tree Planting and Rain Water Harvesting are being included, which is good for the environment and aesthetics. We did notice that parking space can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is a minor concern for us. However, the overall design and the promise of quality construction from SSBC Group are encouraging. We're looking forward to the completion of the project.
