We purchased a 2 BHK in SSB Sai Padham primarily because of its location near schools. The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital is also very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The built-up area for the 2 BHK starts at 1185 Sq.ft, which is decent for our family of three. We liked the children's play area and the general landscaping. The project by SSB Buildeand Developeis ready to move, which was a priority for us. The price point of 46.81 Lakh for the smaller 2 BHKs was quite reasonable. One small issue we've noticed is that the dust from the nearby construction sites can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially during drier months. Still, the overall community feel is good.

The proximity to The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital, where I will be practicing, was a major deciding factor, being just a short distance away. I opted for a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1270 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious. The price of approximately 50 Lakhs was acceptable. The availability of a gymnasium and a swimming pool is a great bonus for maintaining my fitness routine. While the project offegood value, the internal roads within the layout could be slightly better maintained, and some areas outside the complex can get noisy.
