The location in Usha Colony is quite accessible, with Maharashtra Major State Highway 6 nearby for easy travel. It’s also reassuring to have the Hi-tech Multispeciality Hospital so close in case of any health concerns. The developer, SSB Associates, appeato be reliable. My only minor complaint is that the common areas could use a bit more greenery. Otherwise, it's a peaceful environment and suits my current lifestyle well.

    I picked up a unit in SSB Sai City primarily for the investment potential. The location in Sai Nagar is developing, and being so close to Maharashtra State Highway 200 and Maharashtra Major State Highway 6 is a definite plus for future connectivity.
