We checked out SS Ulitma last weekend and booked a 2 BHK. The 532 sq.ft size is quite compact but feels efficient. It's ready to move which was a major plus for us as we needed to relocate quickly for my job. The price for the 2 BHK started around 15.96 Lakh, which fit our budget. My partner liked that it's a gated community and has a power backup. We are hoping the commute to our IT office won't be too bad, though it's a bit further out than we initially wanted. The construction seems decent for the price point. It was completed in 2014, so it's not brand new, but that’s fine.

The location near Grand Trunk road is convenient for daily travel. They mentioned it has an earthquake-resistant structure, which offesome peace of mind. The price range was acceptable for a government employee's salary, going up to around 49.41 Lakh for the bigger units. My only minor concern is that the area can get a bit congested during peak houdue to the proximity of the main road. But overall, it serves our needs well.
